Leadership Roles

 

Our Leadership Team is made up of our CEO, Centre Manager and our Team Leaders. Our Leadership Team is vital to the success of our centre, actively contributing to the future direction of our centre, whilst helping to build and maintain an early childhood centre of excellence. The leadership team works in collaboration to develop and deliver educational programs for the children in their rooms and support fellow educators to implement these quality programs.

The Gums is currently offering a limited number of traineeships. Whether you’re considering a career change to early learning or ready to start studying your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education, we offer you real opportunities to work while you learn.
